Salvation is the means by which we are delivered from our sins. We cannot do anything in our own power to earn it, we receive it by grace from a loving and gracious God.
We are instructed in Romans 10:9,
“If you confess with your mouth,
"Jesus is Lord,”
and believe in your heart that God
raised him from the dead,
YOU will be saved."
